Paul-Henri Geisler appointed as new CEO of Wibe Group

Former CFO Paul-Henri Geisler of Wibe Group has been appointed as CEO of the company from August 1st, 2025, taking over from Patrick Arcidiacono, who is retiring. The change of leadership follows a carefully planned and thoughtful transition.

Mora, Sweden, June 4th, 2025 – Effective August 1st, 2025, former CFO Paul-Henri Geisler will assume the role of CEO at Wibe Group, a leading European provider of cable management solutions. He succeeds Patrick Arcidiacono, marking a carefully planned and seamless generational transition. Geisler is honored to take on the responsibility and lead the company into its next chapter.

“First of all, I would like to thank Patrick Arcidiacono. Patrick has truly been the heart and soul of our company. I’m very thankful for this opportunity and look forward to taking Wibe Group to the next level. We have a solid foundation and see several exciting opportunities ahead – and I’m confident we’ll unlock them together,”
– says the newly appointed CEO, Paul-Henri Geisler.

Patrick Arcidiacono has been with the Wibe brand since 2013 and will continue as a member on the board despite his retirement. The former CEO highlights that he and Paul-Henri Geisler have built the next strategy framework together.

“I’m very happy to have a seat on the board, and I look forward to my new role. At the same time, I’m very pleased to see Paul-Henri stepping up as CEO. We have worked closely to prepare the next chapter of Wibe Group’s strategy and business – and passing the baton to him ensures strategic and cultural continuity,”
– says Patrick Arcidiacono.

A strong platform for bold ambitions

Wibe Group has significantly strengthened its position in recent years as a leading supplier of cable management solutions in Europe. Under Paul-Henri Geisler’s leadership, the company will intensify its focus on growth in core markets, particularly in Scandinavia and the Benelux region.

Simultaneously Wibe Group will focus on new segments in Europe, the middle east and Asia within energy and infrastructure with one simple goal.

“With a legacy of excellence behind us, we are now ready to take the next step,”
– Paul-Henri Geisler says and adds:
“Our goal is to be market-leading when we celebrate our 100-year anniversary in 2029. That requires both ambition and humility – and we are bringing both to the market.”

Scandinavian leader from France

Paul-Henri Geisler describes himself as a Scandinavian leader with a French background. He remains committed to thinking big and pursuing ambitious goals – and he loves the good way of working and efficiency in the Nordics. In the end, it’s all about the balance between being bold and humble, and he finds that in the Scandinavian way of leading a company:

“My leadership approach is rooted in trust and shared responsibility. I want to continue the horizontal and open way of working here at Wibe Group. I don’t have all the answers, and I can’t build everything on my own. I believe in asking open questions rather than giving answers – but together, with a strong culture, we can achieve great things,”
– says Paul-Henri and finishes:
“I believe in high expectations in a safe environment. I think people grow the most when they are challenged – but that growth can only happen in an environment where they feel safe, respected and supported. I strongly believe that is how we meet both our financial and organizational goals.”

Patrick Arcidiacono will remain active in the company during the transition, continuing to support daily operations and customer relationships until a full handover is completed in August.

Paul-Henri Geisler has been with Wibe Group for almost four years as CFO and will take over as CEO the 1st of August 2025.
