How does CLX3 work?

CLX3 rethinks cable support installation by replacing traditional bolted assembly with secure click-fit connections. Components simply click into place and lock automatically, creating a fast, reliable installation process with minimal tools and fewer installation steps.
No compromise on strength
CLX3 delivers the same load performance as Wibe’s traditional support systems, allowing specifiers and installers to benefit from faster installation without compromising on strength.
The concept is simple
Attach. Click. Install.
Done.
Once the ceiling pendant, rail or wall bracket has been secured to the building structure, the remaining components simply click into place using a secure click-fit mechanism. Cantilever arms, suspension brackets and cable support systems can be installed in seconds without the use of bolts or nuts.
An audible and tactile click confirms that the connection is secure, helping installers work faster and more efficiently.
Installation in four simple steps
The result: a smarter, leaner and significantly faster way to install cable support systems.
Step 1
Mount the pendant, bracket or rail
Attach the pendant, rail or wall bracket to the building structure using standard fixings. For sloped ceilings up to 25°, an adjustable ceiling bracket provides simple alignment (for use with the single-sided pendant only).
Step 2
Click in the cantilever arm or CS bracket
The cantilever arm or central suspension bracket clicks securely into the CLX3 rail or pendant, creating a strong connection without bolts.
Step 3
Click in the ladder, tray or mesh tray
The cable support product clicks directly into the bracket, greatly reducing assembly time compared with conventional systems. For Stago trays, the Fast Fixing Clamp is used to secure the installation.
Step 4
Adjust when needed
To reposition or remove a component, simply release the locking tab using a standard flathead screwdriver.
Configurations
One of the key benefits of CLX3 is its lean design with a minimal number of components. Another is its compatibility with many of Wibe Group’s cable management systems for commercial buildings.
For example, the CLX3 cantilever arm supports the Wibe KHZSP cable ladder, Stago cable trays and our mesh trays. Different cable management systems can also be combined within the same installation, providing greater flexibility when designing and specifying cable support.
