Key Features for Modern Server Halls

Stago Fibre-Optic Duct system
Ideal duct length and long spans

Ideal duct length and long spans

The 3-m duct is optimised for fast but non-heavy mounting. Add smart modular covers and support distances up to 3 m and you have a high-speed installation, compared with standard PVC solutions that requires support every 0.8 to 1.0 m.

Suitable dimensions

Suitable dimensions

Stago FO ducts are available in heights of 60 or 110 mm, and widths of 100, 200, or 300 mm. All with the same smooth and soft shape.

More than yellow

More than yellow

Standard colour of the ducting is yellow, RAL 1023. Other colours can be delivered on special order.

Drop-off UDF

Drop-off UDF

Tooless installation – the UDFs ensure safe radius for the FO cables and can be moved sidewise to fit enclosure intake. Easily slided to meet new needs. Available in three sizes.

Dividable tube

Dividable tube

The dividable tube provides a very neat and tidy solution for guiding the fibre and UTP down to the cabinet. Black colour is standard, yellow can be delivered on request.

Modular covers

Modular covers

Often the installation requires a cover. As there are different sizes of covers available, all types of installations can be fully covered with maintained accessibility.

Optimised support system

Optimised support system

The single pendant support with robust consoles leaves one side open, allowing fast and easy cable management. Suits all types of cable support and busbars.

Clip-on panel bracket

3m span

Optimized
3-metre spans

Our 3-metre duct lengths are optimized for high-speed installation with fewer supports required, reducing both material costs and mounting time compared with standard PVC solutions that requires support every 0.8-1 m.

Customizable to your brand

Complementary solutions

Defem Mesh Trays

Fiber & copper cable co-existence

In complex Data Centre environments, managing different cable types with precision is critical for long-term reliability. While Stago Fibre-Optic Duct provides a secure, all-metal environment for sensitive fiber networks, Defem Mesh Trays offer a flexible, high-capacity solution for routing large amounts of copper-based data cabling.

Integrated cable guidance

Integrated
cable guidance

Our innovative drop-off kits are designed to clip seamlessly onto both Stago ducts and Defem mesh trays. This ensures that the essential 30mm bend radius for fiber performance is maintained, even when routing in transition with copper cabling systems.

Flexible support in White Space

White Space

For tricky installations in constrained spaces or when carrying heavy copper cabling, Defem mesh trays provide an efficient and lightweight solution that ensures easy access for maintenance and expansions.

Optimized thermal environment

Optimized thermal environment

By meticulously organizing both fiber and copper pathways, you prevent airflow obstruction and overheating, ensuring that the heart of your Data Centre remains at peak performance.

Wibe Cable Ladders

Grey Space solutions

While Stago fibre-optic duct protects your fiber cables in the White Space, Wibe cable ladders provides the backbone for your Grey Space—the surrounding areas for power, cooling, and security.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

An all-metal system offers higher load capacity, longer support spans (up to 3 metres), superior fire safety, and EMC protection. Unlike PVC systems, Stago ducts do not sag, require fewer supports, and are fully compliant with international safety and performance standards.
All ducts and accessories feature smooth edges and controlled bends, ensuring a minimum 50 mm bend radius throughout the system. This prevents micro-bending, signal loss, and physical damage to fibre optic cables.
Installation is significantly faster thanks to: 3-metre duct lengths (fewer supports required), tool-less snap-in Unilock couplers, and clip-on accessories and covers. This reduces installation time, labour costs, and downtime during upgrades.
Standard duct sizes include heights of 60 mm and 110 mm, widths of 100 mm, 200 mm, and 300 mm, and lengths of 3 metres (custom lengths available). A full range of bends, risers, branches, reducers, drop-offs, and modular accessories supports even the most complex layouts.
Cable capacity is calculated using a 50% fill ratio for safe operation. For example, a 60 × 100 mm duct carries up to 1,653 fibres (Ø 1.2 mm), and a 110 × 300 mm duct carries up to 13,369 fibres (Ø 1.2 mm). This makes Stago suitable for high-density and hyperscale deployments.
Yes. While Yellow (RAL 1023) is the industry standard for visibility in White Space, other RAL colours as well as custom lengths and widths can be delivered on request to meet branding or project-specific requirements.
Stago is built around a plug-and-play philosophy. Tool-less drop-offs, clip-on patch panels, and modular accessories allow fibre routes to be modified or expanded without disrupting live operations.
Yes. The system complies with IEC / EN 61537, offers EMC safety, and supports proper earthing and electrical continuity when installed according to recommendations.
Stago integrates seamlessly with Defem mesh trays for copper cabling in the White Space and Wibe Cable Ladders in the Grey Space, creating a unified, end-to-end cable infrastructure for the entire data centre.
