Wibe Group became part of the Storskogen Group in 2021. Our sustainability work follows internationally recognized conventions and agreements on the environment, human rights, working conditions, and anti‑corruption, including:
Since 2022, Storskogen Group has been a member of the UN Global Compact. Being part of the Storskogen Group provides us with a group‑wide framework, policies, and a common governance structure, while still allowing us to tailor our sustainability agenda to the most relevant areas of our business. This combination of large‑company standards and entrepreneurial spirit strengthens our competitiveness and ensures that our sustainability work is both meaningful and actionable.

A Climate Rating B places Wibe Group at the Management level of CDP's scoring framework, the highest score obtainable by a Small or Medium‑sized Enterprise ("SME‑level") like us. This means that we are taking coordinated action to manage our environmental impact and have implemented relevant policies and processes.

We actively strive to reduce environmental impacts because corporate organizations have significant influence on the planet, people, and communities. Aligned with the Storskogen Group, we follow structured emissions reporting, target‑setting, and performance improvement across our operations and value chain.
We conducted a Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) to identify the most relevant sustainability topics, aligned with the Group's material topics, which form the foundation of our company‑level priorities.
Climate targets
SHORT-TERM (2030 / 2034)
- Scope 1 & 2: Reduce absolute greenhouse gas emissions by 59% by 2034 (internal milestone: 42% by 2030)
- Scope 3: Reduce emissions by 64% per SEKm of value added by 2034
LONG-TERM (2050)
- Scope 1 & 2: Reduce absolute greenhouse gas emissions by 90%
- Scope 3: Reduce emissions by 97% per SEKm of value added

- Scope 3 emissions are being prioritized, starting with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for core products (valid for 5 years and third‑party verified)

- The percentage of women at the top management level increased from 16.7% to 33%.
- The number of work‑related accidents decreased significantly, from 2 cases in 2024 to 1 case in 2025, reflecting substantial improvement in workplace safety.
- 100% of purchasers completed relevant training in anti‑corruption and ethics.

- ISO 9001–certified production facilities
- Supplier Code of Conduct to be signed by all partners
- Zero tolerance for corruption; anti‑corruption training for risk‑exposed employees
Targets / 2025 outcomes
- There were zero incidents related to corruption, bribery, IT security, or human rights violations, demonstrating strong compliance with ethical and governance standards.

Whistleblower service
Wibe Group sets high professional and ethical standards in our daily work, both internally and in all interactions with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. We are therefore committed to ensuring that any misconduct or irregularities that may harm the business or our employees are detected and addressed as early as possible.
A whistleblower function has been established to make it easy for anyone to report misconduct or irregularities that violate current legislation or internal policies. Reports can be submitted anonymously, and all notifications are received and investigated by an external provider. The whistleblower function is available for reporting any form of misconduct or irregularity.
